Let's assume you're up against pal and something else - not pal and pal (gawd that'd be a long fight). Pal will Cleanse (kills one pois, one dis, and one magic effect, right?) if you fr trap the buddy. So don't do that. If Pal is Fr Trapped, he'll have to use his bubble or risk having his partner killed by 2-1 odds. So he'll bubble out of it. But that's good. Now his bubble is gone.
